A) These are the instructions for participating in the AP Environmental Exam Review. I am doing this one by computer (Webminar), I may do another in the future. I’ll let you know.
Meanwhile, here is what you must do.
- Press here to register for the webminar.
- Check your email for further instructions and to get the link you’ll need on the day of the webminar.
- Check back here on Friday to download a practice exam and further instructions.
B) Also, I have also included a copy of a practice multiple choice exam. Practice with this and this may aid you in reviewing. I highly encourage you to take the practice exam prior to the review session.
C) A few tips/reminders about the test. The test is at 8:00 a.m. Eat breakfast before, bring a watch, a photo I.D., a few pencils, and a black pen. A watch is helpful. You may not use your cell phone and a calculator. Remember, 100 multiple choice Qs in 90 minutes. Then 4 FRQ in 90 minutes. You must answer all 4 FRQs and at least one will involve some type of calculation (human population or energy). The AP test usually rotates FRQs every 4 years so that you don’t get the same FRQ year after year. I think that one of the FRQs will be on global warming and perhaps infectious disease (relevant topics). Check out AP central website for practice FRQs.
